moca inspired geometry

The Museum of Contemporary Art (Moca) in Cleveland, Ohio opens October 8.
What a great addition to the ever-growing University Circle neighborhood, one of the country’s largest concentrations of cultural and educational institutions.
The party ‘Hex’ this Saturday should be great fun while unavailing a fabulous building designed by London-based architect Farshid Moussavi.
The question is, what to wear?
I’ll save that for another post!

Incorporate some fun geometric-Inspired shapes into your decor.

I’m loving these colorful trays that layer and stack to work in any space that
look great and keep you organized.

Geometry and color kaleidoscope into great patterns from pillows + rugs to umbrellas + calendars.

  1. The pillows are my favorite! They remind me of the classic quit patterns.

At the recent AIA Ohio Convention the Moca architect/designer discussed the building in depth – it’s pretty amazing from the interior and exterior. The exterior changes with every plane change and with changes in the light and the surrounding neighborhood. Amazing.

I know you’ll look stunning – have a great time!!
