I recently read an article in Houzz where Iron Chef winner, TV personality and Cleveland restaurant
owner Michael Symon shared what he likes in a kitchen.
His advice on counter tops was to use white marble everywhere.
It’s easy to clean, durable and holds up to heat and cold.  Europeans have been using it forever.
I have many friends and clients who love it in their kitchens.
It’s classic and timeless.

    Rolling out a pie on marble is a dream! A friend who had stainless and wood counter tops had one lower area with a marble remnant perfect for rolling out her dough. She kept her kitchen-aid there it was perfect.

    Beautiful too.
